This is a 8 hour course designed for the carrying concealed deadly weapon license holder, someone more advanced than a beginner and is looking for more tactical or defensive handgun training. We start with the handgun safety on your person and proper attitude of a CCDW license holder. In the classroom, we will cover safety and identifying a threat; describe and prepare for adrenalin and close encounters and practice drawing from the holster, without ammunition. We will then move to the range for 3 hours of real live shooting where we will quickly progress to some dynamic movement and defensive scenarios, like shooting from cover, moving and shooting, advancing and retreating, one handed shooting, shooting around barricades, proper use of cover, and more. You will sweat. You will be challenged. You will get frustrated. You will conquer. Count on it.
You will shoot a minimum of 300 rounds of ammunition on a hot range with several firearms instructors insuring your safety.
